How we work

• Getting to know each other personally at the first joint consultation appointment. At this appointment, we will introduce you to the diverse world of bulthaup
• Now follows a concrete needs analysis of your living and living situation, your requirements for your kitchen, its processes and the functional range of the electrical appliances
• On this basis we develop a draft in 2D with floor plan and views as well as a calculation
• At your 2nd appointment we will present you the draft and the calculation and together we will define the concrete details
• Afterwards we will work these points in, so that you will have a basis for decision at your 3rd appointment
• Should you wish to make further changes or acquire the previous planning status, we will work on the basis of a planning order. You decide whether we carry out further - planning steps together or you purchase the planning. In case of your order the amount will be charged
• Within the planning order there is also the possibility to create photorealistic 3D renderings for a better presentation
• After your order, you will receive the necessary installation planning to pass on to the trades
• After measurement or approved plans we order your individual kitchen with a delivery time of 3 months
• We organize and coordinate the delivery and installation and coordinate with the trades so that a compressed execution takes place
• The delivery is carried out by our forwarding agency and the installation by one of our installation teams. They have been working for us for over 10 years and are recertified every year
• Should a customer service be necessary at a later date, our customer service employee will deal with any problem in the shortest possible time
• Also beyond the private kitchen, we are an efficient partner in the object area. All our employees are architects, interior designers, designers or business economists, who ensure a smooth workflow and have experience in a large number of projects at home and abroad
